We ship worldwide from the UK, with tracked delivery on every order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Standard delivery goes by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrives in 2 to 3 working days. It's free on orders over £79.99. Need it faster? Choose Express Next Day at checkout and we send it by Royal Mail Tracked 24. International orders take up to 7 working days via DPD, FedEx or UPS. Order by 10pm and your tracking is sent the same day, every day except Saturday. Saturday orders go out with the Sunday run, and Royal Mail collects the next working day.

Can I exchange my item?

Wrong size? No problem. If it doesn't fit, we'll swap it for another size within 14 days of delivery. Just email contact@al-layth.co.uk with your order number. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags on. You cover the postage to send it back, and we cover sending the new size out. Damaged or faulty? Let us know and we'll put it right. Size exchanges are available on UK orders.
